Fresh, soft, spun curd cheese made from buffalo milk. It is round and smooth with a porcelain white color, elastic and filiform texture, and intense and slightly acid flavor. It has an extremely thin rind and delicate flavor. What makes it so unique is the traditional technology used to prepare the cheese.


This Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO cheese is made entirely from buffalo milk produced in the region of Campania, primarily from Caserta and Salerno.
